On The Brighter Side

... Of Life

I know you all thought I was a bit off my rocker when I posted about my 'Happy Juice' a few weeks back. Well, just to prove my point, scientist are studying a happy gene as reported here.
Turns out, being optimistic is a way of preserving one's self from too much stress in life. You got the basic story in layman's terms if you read my post. If you want a scientific approach, go read the article.

I like your 'Irish Blessing'! Its clever and wise. To be optimistic is a gift...my Mother was always upbeat or seemed to be...well, after she retired. I think she often put on a 'happy face' for me. ~~I still have the covers on the brown 'kitchen/office' chairs...I just used that older picture because it showed the table without being a close-up because of family pictures under the glass. I always want to remain anon. Those chair covers really are pretty...and I like the idea of making new ones whenever I want to. Thanks for liking them too...=)

Life is too short to NOT be an optomist! (Is that a pessamistic statement? Hmmm...)

I think the world needs a double shot of happy juice, don't you?

How blessed you are to be able to "up" the happy juice. Optomism rules!
