Back To Work(ing the land)

The folks left yesterday morning. We had a nice visit with them. This week Ann and Mr. Mac have flown the coup for some visiting with family and friends. That leaves Nathan and me holding down the fort. Here are a few pictures from my parent's visit.

Today finds me in the garden working the veggie beds, putting up some deer netting around a four foot path just outside the garden fence where I've planted corn, cabbage and winter squash. I hope to find time soon to visit with everyone, but for now, I'm swamped!

Photos: Patrick's 27th b/d celebration, Mrs. Mac and Pop fishing at the lake, my beautiful mom, Pop and Mrs. Mac after picking strawberries at a local farm.

Don 't get too loney in the coup. Nathan is good company isn 't he?

The lake is lovely

I hope you and Nathan can hold that fort down, it looked pretty big the last time I saw it. :-)

Perhaps Holly could help you guys, she was the accursed word verification lady today.

dear mrs. mac..the pictures didn't disappoint me..that mom and pop of yours are just swell!
so nice that they came over and just like they enjoyed miss patty's bed, i guess they got very good use out of my claw foot bathtub!
if we all go to niagara falls, i will have the shortest traveling.
for sure and we only live 11 miles from the falls!
nathan and you can surely hold the fort....nathan, you and the dawg!
i see that the dawg couldn't be in the family picture.
he was too busy helping pops TAKE the picture!
did the dawg swipe any of those strawberries this year?
ha!!
how time flies mrs. mac...just seems like yesterday that she raided your garden!
maybe you should take a little rest after all this excitement but i must tell you one thing "mrs. 2009 idaho mom of the year", that we surely did miss you!....love terry
