Losing the prefab food is high on the list. Because of my hubby's medical condition we have been doing this for several years now and I am participating more and more. Fresh is better..in every way!Jada's Gigihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16788954125336097153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20997248.post-49692005691202191362010-03-25T15:28:54.573-04:002010-03-25T15:28:54.573-04:00I, too, will be watching the Food Revolution on te...I, too, will be watching the Food Revolution on television. You may be able to get the show online as well. Eating real food versus processed foods is so much better-for taste and health. I'm so happy for you that you are able to get rid of hives as a result of just eliminating processed boods. How frustrating that must have been!DarcyLeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14721821786563546087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20997248.post-19841117620098842432010-03-25T14:36:23.110-04:002010-03-25T14:36:23.110-04:00We changed our diet to whole

I had
also bought Sally Fallon's
Nourishing Traditions book and
that was helpful in making the
transition. Turns out I realized
I was just going back to cooking
and eating the way my wonderful
mother had taught me. She and
my dad were farmers and never
ate anything but whole foods all
their lives. She passed away at
89, he at 90, without ever having
any serious illness.Sandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10888547092318964711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20997248.post-63052289625585340722010-03-25T14:29:30.117-04:002010-03-25T14:29:30.117-04:00Yes! If others are questioning the mention of 4 years - managing our food and eating habits is a lifelong enterprise.

If you didn't see the preview of the Food Revolution on Monday evening - oh, no tv at your home. Well, I recommend other readers to tune in on Friday to see some more about how cooking from scratch is best.

Very happy to read you lost the hives, Mrs. Mac.
