Ruby Tuesday - In A Jar

Wild Rose/Geranium Jelly
A little bit of summer captured in a jar .. to be savored during the long cold winter to lift the spirits of my family while waiting once more for the rebirth of the land.

Jelly and photo created by Mrs. Mac.

  6. This pic just brings a smile to my face. : )

What a lovely pic, and joy that you have something so special made yourself.

    Happy Spring!

Tho we may yet (and probably will) get more snow this spring, it has been warm the past couple of days and the snow is melting fast. Warmer - even "unseasonably warm in the 60s - is predicted for the next few days.

  8. Well, M&M, aren't you the most clever lady! That pretty looking jelly is the best reason I am sure to be raising edible flowers.

Oh yes, I am sure that the geraniums were scented. :)

  9. How perfect for a Ruby Tuesday post...I haven't had rose petal jelly in years! It was definitely tastier than the dandelion jelly.

    If I named a rose,
Its color would go to my head!”
